'Shall we go for a swim?' base

A base from, you know, THAT doll I made a a few years ago or something - in an accessible palette too. That's a lot more rules than I'd usually put up, but since it's a collab and all, Gloomy's wishes had to be respected.

Credit where it is due, ~GrumpyChick/Gloomy did most of the work in turning my doll into a base. I did, like, 5% of the work and then gave up because it seemed tedious to go over the same doll all over again. >.> Ah well. I still made the doll so...
